Coaching Packages

60 minute introductory meeting (no charge)

60-90 minutes sessions allowing for discovery and exploration

Flexible programmes (three or six months) – tailored to client goals and objectives

Micro-coaching (texts, emails, calls) - regular check ins to work through issues as they arise

Additional personal development exercises between sessions (optional)

Sessions can be conducted in person or virtual

I have over two decades of experience of working within global investor relations (IR) advisory businesses, running a successful IR membership organisation, and actively participating in IR community activities across the globe. I bring an extensive network, industry knowledge and business acumen, offering trusted advice and support to IR and communications professionals, consulting businesses and start-ups, as well as professional membership bodies across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

About me

Throughout my professional life, I have had a strong interest in careers and professional development, with a desire for helping and mentoring others to navigate and advance their careers. After several years working as an investor relations specialist, this desire was fulfilled in my last role at The Investor Relations Society, where I led the professional body dedicated to advancing and elevating the role of investor relations.

I regularly draw on my wonderful 25-year career within investor relations and communications and the professional body community which gives me a greater understanding and toolkit to unpack and power-up my clients.

Aside from regular trips to London, my home is West Sussex with my husband, two children and two Korthals Griffon dogs. I enjoy travel and all things outdoors, and when I’m not pitch side at a rugby or cricket match, you may find me up a mountain pursuing my passion for skiing.
